Aria Reserve

Aria Reserve is a pre-construction condo development consisting of two, 62-story twin towers located along Biscayne Bay in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Designed by Arquitectonica with development by Melo Group, Aria Reserve is on course to be the tallest waterfront residential twin condo towers in the United States.

Aria Reserve will consist of a total of 782 luxury condo units, with each tower offering 391 units. Aria Reserve will feature four types of condos including Panoramic Residences, Skyview Residences, Penthouses and Penthouse Mansions. All units will boast dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, amazing direct-water views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, expansive private terraces up to 11-feet deep, modern eat-in kitchens with integrated high-end appliances and chef’s islands and spa-like master bathrooms with rain showers and soaking tubs. Panoramic and Skyview Residences will offer 1 to 4-bedroom flow-through layouts ranging in size from 1,059 to 2,584 square feet while Penthouses will offer 4 bedrooms ranging in size from 2,930 to 3,260 square feet. Aria Reserve will offer only 3 unique Penthouse Mansions. Penthouse Mansions will range in size from 7,790 to 8,385 square feet, each offering 7 bedrooms and a private rooftop terrace with dining area, summer kitchen, living room, cabana bathroom and private pool.

Aria Reserve will offer its residents extraordinary indoor and outdoor amenities. Outdoor amenities will include a water sports marina with paddle board and kayaking services, direct access to the Baywalk, semi-Olympic-size lap pool, lounge pool, poolside daybeds, children’s splash pad, hot tub, kid’s playground, dog park, miniature golf, tennis court, basketball court, paddleball court, telescope observatory area, meditation garden, BBQ with dining area, fire pit and valet parking. Indoor Amenities at Aria Reserve will include a Sky Lobby with lounge area, wine cellar room and business center, high-tech fitness center, yoga lounge, wellness spa, sauna, steam room, club room, kid’s playroom, movie theater, teen’s lounge/game room, restaurant overlooking the bay, café and 24-hour attended front desk.

Aria Reserve is planned to break ground during the first quarter of 2022 and is estimated for completion in the summer of 2024.

  • Reservation: $50,000 (Applied towards purchase at Contract)
  • 10% of Purchase Price at Contract (Estimated December 2021)
