Where You Want To Be

Sunny Isles Beach

Sunny Isles Beach allure comes from its close proximity to Miami Beach (about 30 minutes drive) but the feeling of “getting away from the bustle”. Lined with luxury branded condominiums from Ritz Carlton to the Regalia on the oceanfront, Sunny Isles Beach was named one of the most expensive zip codes in America per square mile on the Beach.

The town, located in Miami-Dade County, offers retail, restaurants, and welcomes residents and guests with quick access from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports each within a 20-30 minute drive. Along with easy beach access, it also has family friendly parks located every 0.5 mile making it an easy weekend with young kids with the great year-around weather.

We recommend living in Sunny Isles if you are looking for luxury high-rise living away from South Beach and Downtown Miami areas. We believe it marries the feeling of being in a major city with more open spaces and high luxury living.

Brickell

Brickell is known for being the financial hub of Miami with its large skyscrapers, apartment buildings, and business vibe. Living in the Brickell area of Miami offers residents a dense-urban feel most comparable to Downtown living in New York City with a high walkability score in certain areas for coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Depending on location, residences here will offer Bayfront or River views and a beautifully lit up Miami Skyline.

It is easily accessible to Miami Airport making it an easy destination for those always on the go. Living in Brickell substitutes high-rise city living with beach access as the nearest beach is located within a 25 minute drive from the area in either Key Biscayne or South Beach.

While many residents and guests rent their units, there are also many options for high-rise condominium purchasing. We recommend Brickell properties for investors or young professionals who enjoy a very active and vibrant lifestyle.

Downtown Miami

This area is known as the central business and financial center in South Florida. Downtown Miami has seen a recent resurgence in the past 20 years with incoming urban developments and has turned this neighborhood into a desirable destination for many. Living in Downtown allows residents easy access to top restaurants, waterfront parks, and live music at popular tourist destinations such as the Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Marina, and the FTX arena.

Similar to the Brickell areas, Downtown is also easily accessible to MIA international airport as well as the cruise ports and boating marinas, however, beach access is a short distance away.

As this area has been well-established for many years, you will find affordable housing in moderately priced condos but ultra-high-end new developments are expected to cause appreciation to home values in the area.

Edgewater/Midtown

One of Miami’s most exciting new up-and-coming neighborhoods, Midtown is an active hipster meets 5th avenue city-center tucked away in what was formerly a rusty industrial sector. Today, the area is known for industrial-chic art galleries, cutting-edge contemporary skyscrapers, and world-class shopping.

Within this diverse neighborhood lies four distinct neighborhoods: Wynwood, known for low-key bars and lounges, local bakeries, and graffiti-embossed walls; Midtown, featuring trendy dining and walkable retail; Edgewater, containing bayside high-rises and the future home of many new developments; and the Design District, dominated by the most upscale brand names in fashion.

Comparable to New York’s Brooklyn, this area is known for its art centered culture and trendsetting population. The area is not known for its schools, open spaces, or parks but it is brimming with a cool urban contemporary feel. As it is Bayside, you will feel a mild ocean breeze and some high-rise condos will offer water views but the nearest beach will be a drive away.

Aventura

Aventura, a clean and upscale planned community, boasts the title of one of Miami’s largest suburbs located in the northernmost part of the county, adjacent to Sunny Isles. It provides plenty of driveable retail shopping, manicured parks, and abundant golf courses. The town attracts those who are looking for a quiet suburban feel, excellent schools, and quick beach access.

Aventura is most famous for the grand Aventura Mall drawing shoppers from all over Dade and Broward Counties. On the island, expect hotel-style amenities in the condos along Collins Avenue. Property tends to be moderate, with single-family homes, low-rises and duplexes, and condos lining the shoreline.
